Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it, without any signs of wear or damage. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Hygiene Note: In accordance with UK health and safety standards, coffee machines or accessories that have been used with water or coffee grounds cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
2. Return Process & Authorization
To process your return, please follow these steps:

Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization and specific instructions. Please note that items sent back to us without prior contact may experience significant processing delays as they cannot be verified in our system.
3. Exchanges
The process for exchanges requires you to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures the availability of the product and focuses on a streamlined experience.

Change of Mind: For returns due to customer remorse, a flat return shipping fee of £10.00 applies and is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items: If the product is faulty or damaged, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
5. Refunds & Inspections
Once we receive and inspect your return at our London warehouse, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If the return is approved under the terms of this policy, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note: In accordance with UK consumer law, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of unnecessary handling by the customer.
