Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item and provide proof of purchase. During the statutory 14-day cancellation period, you may inspect the item as you would in a shop. We reserve the right to make a reasonable deduction if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality.

2. Return Process & Authorization
To process your return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: You must initiate your return by contacting us at info@dripsipuk.com.
Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization and specific instructions. Please note that items sent back to us without prior contact may experience significant processing delays as they cannot be verified in our system.
3. Exchanges
The process for exchanges requires you to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures the availability of the product and focuses on a streamlined experience.

Change of Mind: If you return an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning it. We will provide return instructions before you send the item.
Damaged or Defective Items: If the product is faulty or damaged, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
5. Refunds & Inspections
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item or receiving evidence that it has been sent back, whichever is earlier. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the payment.
Please note: In accordance with UK consumer law, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of unnecessary handling by the customer.
