We provide free shipping for all domestic orders across the United Kingdom. All prices displayed on our website are final.

1. ORDER PROCESSING AND CUT-OFF TIME

Order Cut-off Time is 12:00 PM GMT (Greenwich Mean Time).
Handling Time is 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday.
Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. SHIPPING OPTIONS AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

The total estimated delivery time includes both handling time and transit time. Depending on the availability of the specific item model and color in our supply network, your order will be delivered via one of the following options selected at checkout:

Express Shipping : 3 to 7 business days.
Standard Shipping : 8 to 13 business days.

3. MULTIPLE ITEMS AND SPLIT SHIPMENTS

If your order contains multiple different products, they may be dispatched from different regional fulfillment centers. In this case, your items will arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times. Each package will be assigned its own unique tracking number.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking numbers and a direct link to monitor your delivery in real-time.

5. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

In accordance with UK consumer protection laws, we guarantee the successful delivery of your order. If your package arrives damaged, or if it does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will investigate immediately and arrange a replacement or a full refund.
