  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the product you purchase.

  • The estimated delivery time for each item is clearly displayed on its product page before purchase.

  • Delivery estimates are based on carrier performance and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including severe weather conditions, peak seasons, public holidays, or courier delays.

3. MULTIPLE ITEMS AND SPLIT SHIPMENTS

If your order contains multiple different products, they may be dispatched from different regional fulfillment centers. In this case, your items will arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times. Each package will be assigned its own unique tracking number.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking numbers and a direct link to monitor your delivery in real-time.

5. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

In accordance with UK consumer protection laws, we guarantee the successful delivery of your order. If your package arrives damaged, or if it does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will investigate immediately and arrange a replacement or a full refund.
