Important Safety Information

Use only with a properly installed and suitable UK wall socket. For prolonged charging at 13A, the socket and electrical circuit should be suitable for continuous high-load use. If you are unsure about the condition or suitability of the socket, consult a qualified electrician.

Do not use damaged sockets, plugs, connectors, or cables. Do not place electrical connections in standing water.

Avoid tightly coiling excess cable while charging, particularly at higher current settings. Position the cable so that it does not create a trip hazard or risk of vehicle damage, and always follow the vehicle manufacturer’s charging guidance.
